Come and try our new Infrared Sauna
A normal session in an infrared cabin lasts 20 – 30 minutes. You can increase the session time as you get more experience.
It is best to let your body decide and avoid excess heating.
Experienced people can remain in the cabin for up to 40 minutes, depending, of course, on the set temperature, and so burn up to 1200 calories.
The normal burning lasts for half an hour and amounts to 500 to 750 calories.
The number of calories that a person of 75kg can burn for various sports is shown for comparison below:
Intensive Rowing 607, Running at high tempo 593, Swimming, freestyle 312, Jogging 298
Tennis 265, Cycling (calm tempo 15km/hr) 225
Walking (5km/hr) 150

Please note:  For the comfort of all clients we ask that you have showered on the day of treatment, remove make-up for maximum benefit of the sauna. (Best not to shower after the sauna for approx 2 hours)
